The fastest checks when shoppers cannot find NegotiaCart in the cart.
Check the theme embed
Confirm that NegotiaCart is enabled in App embeds for the currently published Shopify theme. Saving a different unpublished theme does not change the live storefront.
Check eligibility
The cart must satisfy an active policy: correct market or currency, eligible products, minimum total and available inventory. Excluded carts intentionally do not display an offer entry point.
Check theme conflicts
Clear storefront caches and test in an incognito window. If another cart app replaces the cart DOM, contact support with the theme name and a cart URL so we can review the integration safely.
